Amend regulation 10 (earnings limits and thresholds)f1 as follows—
(a)
for “2003” substitute “2004”;
(b)
in paragraph (a) for “£77” substitute “£79”;
(c)
in paragraph (b) for “£595” substitute “£610”; and
(d)
in paragraphs (c) and (d) for “£89” substitute “£91”.
