The Commissioners of Inland Revenue, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 122(1) and 175(1) to (3) of, and paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to, the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992^f1 and now vested in them^f2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
