Coming into force 1st July 2008
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3) and 175(1A), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1 and now exercisable by them.
The Secretary of State concurs in the making of these Regulations.
