Regulation 3 Amendment of the Social Security (Contributions) Regulations 2001

Amend regulation 40 (prescribed emoluments in respect of which Class 1A contributions not payable) as follows.

In paragraph (2)—
(a)
before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)in Part V, paragraph 6A;”; and
(b)
in sub-paragraph (d) for “9 and 11 to 13” substitute “9, 11 to 13 and 15”.
(3)
In paragraph (7) omit sub-paragraph (a).
