The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and (3) and 175(1A), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, and now exercisable by themf1.
The Secretary of State concurs in the making of these Regulations.
