The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 13(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1 and section 13(1) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992f2 hereby make the following Regulations:
