The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 5, 122(1) and 175(3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1 and sections 5, 121(1) and 171(3), (4) and (10) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992f2 make the following Regulations:
