The Secretary of State for Social Services, in conjunction with the Treasury^f1, in exercise of powers conferred upon her by paragraphs 7 and 9 of Schedule 3 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1975 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following regulations:—
