This Order provides for the coming into force of section 16 of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (which provides for offences in relation to the failure to notify a change of circumstances) for the purposes of making regulations on 26th September 2001 and for all other purposes on 18th October 2001.

This Order does not impose a charge on business.
