Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 26th October 2009.

(2)

In these Regulations—

  • “the 2000 Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2000f1;

  • “the 2001 Regulations” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001f2;

  • “the 2002 Regulations” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002f3; and

  • “the principal Regulations” means the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2008f4.
