Article 3 Revocation and variation of Orders

(1)

The National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Republic of Ireland) Order 1960 M1, the National Insurance (Republic of Ireland) Order 1966 M2, the National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Republic of Ireland) Order 1968 M3 and the National Insurance (Republic of Ireland) Order 1971 M4 are revoked.

The references to any of these Orders shall be omitted in—

(a)

Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1976 M5;

(b)

the Schedule to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1979 M6;

(c)

the Schedule to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1988 M7;

(d)

Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1995 M8;

(e)

Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1996 M9;

(f)

Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 2001 M10; and
