Paragraph 3

At the end of regulation 4(d) of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000 (circumstances where requirement to take part in an interview does not apply) there shall be added the words “ or under the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001 ”.
