Regulation 4 Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002

Regulation 2 of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002^f1 (persons not in Great Britain) is amended as follows.

At the end of paragraph (4)(i), omit “or”.

At the end of paragraph (4)(j), insert “; or” and the following sub-paragraph—

“(k)

a person in Great Britain who left Lebanon on or after 12th July 2006 because of the armed conflict there.”.
