Regulation 9 Housing benefit: disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings

For paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Housing Benefit Regulations^f1 (disregard of certain sums in the calculation of a lone parent’s earnings) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
