Article 3 Revocation and Variation of Orders

The National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Malta) Order 1956 M1 and the National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Malta) Order 1958 M2 are hereby revoked.

The references to the National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Malta) Order 1956 and the National Insurance and Industrial Injuries (Malta) Order 1958 shall be omitted in Schedule 1 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1976 M3, the Schedule to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1979 M4, the Schedule to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1988 M5 and Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 1995 M6.
