Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Maternity Allowance) (Earnings) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 6th April 2015.

These Regulations have effect for women with an expected week of confinement beginning on or after 12th July 2015.
