Coming into force 6th April 2015
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35A(4) and (5) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f1.
This instrument contains only regulations made by virtue of, or consequential upon, section 2 of and Schedule 1 to the National Insurance Contributions Act 2015f2 and is made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the coming into force of that enactmentf3.
