Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(a) to (c) and (h), 7(1), 27(1), 47(7), 61(1), 62(1), 189(1) and (3) to (6) and 191 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992^f1, sections 35(3)(b), 65(5), 76(2), 122(1) and 175(1) to (3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after reference to the Social Security Advisory Committee^f3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
