Regulation 8 Amendment of Schedule 8 to the Income Support Regulations

After paragraph 15B of Schedule 8 to the Income Support Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“15C

In the case of a person to whom paragraph (5) of regulation 6 (persons not treated as in remunerative work) applies, any earnings.”.
