Regulation 9 Amendment of Schedule 9 to the Income Support Regulations

At the end of Schedule 9 to the Income Support Regulations (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings) there shall be added the following paragraph—

“74

In the case of a person to whom paragraph (5) of regulation 6 (persons not treated as in remunerative work) applies, the whole of his income.”.
