Regulation 7 Amendment of the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000

The Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000 M1 shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.

For sub-paragraph (g) of regulation 1(3) (commencement) substitute the following sub-paragraph—

“(g)

subject to the preceding sub-paragraphs, come into force on 5th April 2004 in respect of a lone parent who on that date is entitled to income support and is responsible for and living in the same household as a child.”.
