Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 4th April 2005.

• “the Income Support Regulations” means the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 M1;

• “the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations” means the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996 M2;

• “the State Pension Credit Regulations” means the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002 M3;

• “the 2003 Regulations” means the Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (State Pension Credit) Regulations 2003 M4.
