Regulation 4 Amendment of the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002

The State Pension Credit Regulations 2002^f1 are amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(2)(c) of Schedule 1 (circumstances in which persons are treated as not being severely disabled), for “the date on which the award is made” substitute “the date on which the award is first paid”.
