Regulation 5 Amendment of the Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2003

The Social Security (Working Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit) (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2003^f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 1 (Amendments to the Income Support Regulations), omit paragraph 21(d).

In Schedule 2 (Amendments to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations), omit paragraph 21(a).
