Regulation 10 Amendment of regulation 24 of the Claims and Payments RegulationsC1
In regulation 24(3) of the Claims and Payments Regulations (unemployment benefit, sickness or invalidity benefit, maternity allowance and severe disablement allowance) after the words “sickness or invalidity benefit” there shall be added the words “or severe disablement allowance”.
