Regulation 13 Amendment of regulation 44 of the Claims and Payments RegulationsC1

For regulation 44(5) of the Claims and Payments Regulations (payment of mobility allowance on behalf of a beneficiary) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(5)

In this regulation “Motability” means the company, set up under that name as a charity and originally incorporated under the Companies Act 1985^f1 and subsequently incorporated by Royal Charter.”.
