Regulation 18 Amendment of the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989
In regulation 60(19) of the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989f1 (time and manner in which claims are to be made) after the words “on the date” there shall be inserted the words “not later than 5th December 1990”.
