Regulation 2 Amendment to regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations1979
In regulation 8(2) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979f1 there shall be substituted for the figure £0.75 in both places where it occurs the figure £3.35.
