Regulation 2 Amendment to regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979
In regulation 8(3) of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979f1 there shall be substituted for the figure “£0.75 ” the figure “£3.35”.
