Regulation 2 Amendment of regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979
(1)
Regulation 8 of the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

In paragraph (2)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a), there shall be substituted for the words “the rate is specified” the words “the rate specified”; and
(b)
there shall be substituted for the figure “£3.35” in both places where it occurs the figure “£3.50”.

In paragraph (3), there shall be substituted for the figure “£3.35” the figure “£3.50”.
