The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of powers conferred on him by section 148A of the Social Security Administration Act 1992f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, it having appeared to the Secretary of State on a review under that section that the general level of earnings in Great Britain has increased during the review periodf2, hereby makes the following Order:
