The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 83(3) and 94(1) and (2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012f1.
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Act 1992f2, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect of these Regulations shall not be referred to them.
