Regulation 3 Amendment of the Social Security (Credits) Regulations 1975

in paragraph (1) for the reference to “2(b)” there shall be substituted the reference “2(1)(b)” ;

in paragraph (5) there shall be added at the end the words

“subject to the modification that for head (ii) of sub-paragraph (b) of that paragraph there shall be substituted the following head:—

“(`(ii)

which occurred before the beginning of the appropriate period set out in regulation 2(1) of the Social Security (Maternity Allowance) (Transitional)Regulations 1974^f2'”.”.
