Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 31st October 2005.

In these Regulations—

• “the Jobcentre Plus Regulations 2001” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2001^f1;

• “the Jobcentre Plus Regulations 2002” means the Social Security (Jobcentre Plus Interviews) Regulations 2002^f2;

• “the Lone Parents Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Lone Parents) and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000^f3;

• “the Quarterly Lone Parents Regulations” means the Social Security (Quarterly Work-focused Interviews for Certain Lone Parents) Regulations 2004^f4; and

• “the Work-focused Interviews Regulations” means the Social Security (Work-focused Interviews) Regulations 2000^f5.
