Subject to the following F1provision of this Rule, F2the provisions of the Civil Evidence Act 1995(a) apply in relation to proceedings before the Tribunal in the same manner as they apply in relation to civil proceedings.

Any notice given under the provisions of the Civil Evidence Act 1995 as so applied must be given no later than the latest date for the service of witness statements under rule 28.
