Article 61 Power to make regulations as to procedureC1

The Council may make regulations with respect to the procedure to be followed in giving effect to the provisions of this Part and Schedule 2 and with respect to any matters incidental, ancillary or supplemental to those provisions or concerning the administration or protection of the Compensation Fund.
