Section 14 Issue of practising certificate.
(1)
The Council shall issue to an enrolled solicitor on application being duly made by him, a practising certificate in accordance with rules made by them under section 13.
(2)
The Council shall not issue a practsing certificate to a solicitor while he is suspended from practice.
