Paragraph 14 I1
Conditions requiring the licensee to conduct the licensee's activities in such a way as—
(a)
to prevent the contamination of outer space or adverse changes in the environment of the earth,
(b)
to avoid interference with the activities of others in the peaceful exploration and use of outer space,
(c)
to preserve the national security of the United Kingdom, and
(d)
not to prejudice the foreign policy of Her Majesty's government in the United Kingdom.
