(1)
Regulations may prescribe—
(a)
the form in which a determination of a panel is to be made;
(b)
the time at which a determination of a panel takes effect;
(c)
persons to whom copies of a determination of a panel are to be sent.
(2)
Regulations may make provision about publication of determinations of a panel.
