In the heading before paragraph 24, after “Aviation,” insert “ Spaceflight, ”.

After paragraph 25 insert—
“Hijacking of spacecraft
25AAn offence under paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Space Industry Act 2018.
Destroying, damaging or endangering safety of spacecraft
25BAn offence under paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Space Industry Act 2018.”
