Regulation 18 How to apply for a licenceI1

(1)

An application for a licence must be—

(a)

made in writing to the regulator in the specified form, and

(b)

accompanied by the specified information in writing.

(2)

In this regulation “specified” means specified by the regulator in accordance with regulation 17.
