Regulation 189 Training records and qualificationsI1

A licensee must keep the records specified in paragraph (2) for as long as an individual is engaged to carry out security functions at the space site.

The records are those relating to training and qualifications which indicate that an individual has the appropriate training and necessary qualifications for the security related functions that the individual has been engaged to perform.
