Article 46 Amendment to the School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013

In regulation 2(1) of the School Organisation (Establishment and Discontinuance of Schools) Regulations 2013 (interpretation)^f1 omit the definition of “special educational needs”.
