Article 6 Amendment to the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999

For regulation 12(7B)(d)(ii) of the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (workers who do not qualify for the national minimum wage)^f1 substitute—

“(ii)

at least 16 years but under the age of 26 years in the case of persons subject to an EHC plan within the meaning of section 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.”.
