Regulation 16 Appeal or claim made out of timeI1

(1)

The President may consider—

(a)

any appeal which is out of time if, in all the circumstances of the case, the President considers that it is fair and just to do so;

(b)

any claim which is out of time under paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 17 to the Equality Act 2010.

(2)

The President may seek further information from the person making the appeal or claim before making a decision under paragraph (1).
