(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) the Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 2001^f1 and the Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Amendment) Regulations 2002^f2 are revoked.

(2)

The Regulations specified in paragraph (1) continue to apply in relation to—

(a)

an application for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal;

(b)

any appeal made under Part 4 of, and Schedule 27 to, the 1996 Act where the appeal application was entered in the Register before 6 March 2012;

(3)

Subject to paragraph (4) the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (General Provisions and Disability Claims Procedure) Regulations 2002^f3 are revoked.

(4)

The Regulations specified in paragraph (3) continue to apply in relation to—

(a)

an application for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal);

(b)

any claim made under Chapter 1 of Part 6 of the 2010 Act where the claim application was entered in the Register before 6 March 2012^f4.

(5)

Subject to paragraphs (2)(b) and (4)(b), the Special Educational Needs Tribunal (Time Limits) (Wales) Regulations 2001^f5 are revoked.
