Regulation 47 Change of witnessI1

The person named as a party’s witness in response to an enquiry made under regulation 26 may be changed by that party if written notification is received by the Secretary of the Tribunal and a copy of the notification served on the other party no later than 5 working days before the hearing.

Any application to change a witness made less than 5 working days before the hearing must be determined by the President or the tribunal panel.
