Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Special Educational Needs Tribunal Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st September 2001.

These Regulations apply to all appeals to the Tribunal where the notice of appeal is entered in the records of the Tribunal on or after 1st September 2001.
