Article 3 Amendment of article 1 of the NICE Order

In article 1 of the NICE Order (citation, commencement and interpretation), for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

In this Order—

• “Agency” means the National Patient Safety Agency established by the National Patient Safety Agency (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2001^f1;

• “Institute” means the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence established by this Order;

• “transfer date” means 1st April 2012.”.
