Article 2 Amendment of Order

The Special Hospitals Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1989^f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

After article 4 there shall be added the following article—

“Remuneration of members

The Authority is specified for the purposes of paragraph 9(7)(b) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 1977.”.
